Guest Instructor Paola at Emphico!Let's welcome Paola Sánchez back at Emphico. Paola is licensed ZUMBA® instructor and she is going to be a guest instructor at Emphico for ZUMBA® class.
About Paola:
She was born and raised in Mexico. In 2003, she got married and moved to South Florida were she discovered all the different flavors of Latin Music. She moved with her family to Pittsburgh in 2010 where she took her first Zumba class and immediately fell in love with it. She has been an instructor for over ten years and teaching Zumba is her true passion.
What is ZUMBA®?
ZUMBA® is fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefits the cardiovascular system.
