About Andrea:
She has been a group fitness instructor for 5 years now. She started as a Zumba instructor and then she obtained also certification for Yoga, Pilates, TRX, HIIT classes as well as Personal Trainer training.
She also has a comprehensive Pilates certification that includes mat, reformer, springboard, chair, cadillac, ladder barrel, and spine corrector.
What is ZUMBA®?
ZUMBA® is fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefits the cardiovascular system.
