Join us for an energetic Zumba Class led by Zumba Certified Instructor Jessy at beautiful Riverside Park in Coral Springs.

Whether you're a Zumba pro or you've never taken a class before, this class is all about having fun, moving your body, and starting your Saturday on the right foot.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and/or participating in the Zumba Class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Zumba and other physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, fatigue, dehydration, cardiovascular complications, and other injuries or medical conditions that may occur during or after physical activity.

I voluntarily choose to participate and understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically capable of participating in the event.

Medical Responsibility

I represent that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating.

I agree to listen to my body and stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms. I understand that I should consult with my physician or healthcare provider before participating if I have any questions regarding my ability to safely participate.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release and hold harmless the event organizer, Zumba Certified Instructor Jessy, instructors, assistants, volunteers, event sponsors, venue, and their respective owners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including risks associated with physical activity, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be waived or released.

Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency medical assistance to be obtained on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of an injury or medical emergency.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings brought to the event. The event organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography & Video Release

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event.

By participating, I grant the event organizer permission to use photographs or video recordings of me for reasonable promotional, social media, advertising, or event-related purposes without additional compensation, unless I notify the organizer in writing that I do not consent to such use.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing my Eventbrite registration and/or participating in the Zumba Class, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this waiver.
• I understand the potential risks associated with physical fitness activities.
• I voluntarily assume those risks.
• I agree to follow the instructor's directions and event rules.
• I confirm that the information I provide during registration is accurate.
• I agree to the terms of this waiver and release to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
