The Branch Brook Park Alliance, in partnership of Essex County and the Department of Parks, has partnered with Dance with Deshanae to provide the community with FREE ZUMBA lessons.
Since 2014 Dance with Deshanae has been creating opportunities for people to live healthier lifestyles, through dance fitness, smoothies and self care tips. Our Zumba classes are a 45 minutes of calorie-burning-dance fitness party.
All dance levels are welcomed to adults 18+. The session starts with a welcome and introduction of the class, then we jump right into the Zumba workout where we focus on cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, all while dancing.
At the end of each class we will close out by announcing the upcoming classes. Participants are highly encouraged to register ahead of time, but we also accept walk-ins. Walk- ins must complete registration and sign a waiver before joining the class.
