Seminar: History of Brazilian Zouk - Lambada and its transformation for over 30 years.
→ 10:00am to 11:30am (online broadcast via zoom)
Guest speaker N°1: The researchers Luis Florião and Adriana D’Acri
::: Beginning of ballroom dance in Brazil, beginning of Lambada in the North / Northeast and transition to the Southeast.
→ 11:30am to 1:00pm (online broadcast via zoom)
Guest speaker N°2: The dance teacher Gilson Damasco
::: Geographical transition of Lambada in the Southeast of Brazil - RJ, SP and MG and abroad (Argentina and Europe).

• Basic step on the spot
• Basic step front and backward
• Lateral
• Leader comes back to follower's line of the lateral
• Basic step + lateral + coming back to the follower (initial sequence for the initiation class)
• Viradinha
• Launge opening
• Simple turns (on secondary direction and primary direction)
• 4 possibilities of left leg of the leader (in a position front to each other)
• 3 possibilities of right leg of the leader (in an opening position)

::: Practical class on how to dance Lambada and its technical evolution to Lambazouk / Actual Lambada.

• 5 possibilities of preparation of simple turn (opening, crossing forward, crossing backward, closing the leg and continuing lateral)

• Viradinha changing of direction
• Changing of directions in iô-iô
