Sólo trénink + asistovaná praktika zaměřené na pohyb, hudbu a napojení v páru i na sebe sama.

Neučíme hlavně figury. Učíme lidi lépe tančit.
Věříme, že lepším leaderem nebo followerem se nestáváme tím, že známe více kombinací. Stáváme se jím ve chvíli, kdy lépe vnímáme vlastní pohyb, hudbu, partnera a prostor kolem sebe.
Proto jsme vytvořili Zouk Session, dvouhodinový blok složený ze sólo tréninku a navazující asistované praktiky.
Během sólo části pracujeme s pohybem, rytmem, koordinací, stabilitou a hudebností. Nejde o choreografie ani výkon. Jde o budování dovedností, které využiješ v každém tanci.
Na praktice pak získáš prostor vše vyzkoušet v páru, ptát se, konzultovat a hledat vlastní cestu k pohybu a napojení.
Session jsou otevřené všem úrovním. Ať začínáš, nebo tančíš několik let, snažíme se vytvářet prostředí, ve kterém si každý odnese něco pro svůj vlastní rozvoj.

200 Kč / osoba při registraci v páru
300 Kč / osoba při individuální registraci
platba v hotovosti na místě
Registrace v páru není nutná. Budeme ale rádi, pokud se budete hlásit ve dvojici leader + follower, abychom udrželi vyvážené role.
Pro úplné začátečníky je první lekce zdarma. Lze se registrovat na jednotlivé sessions.

We don't primarily teach moves and combinations. We help people become better dancers.
We believe that becoming a better leader or follower isn't about knowing more patterns. It happens when we become more aware of our own movement, the music, our partner, and the space around us.
That's why we're starting with Zouk Session: a two-hour block consisting of solo training followed by an assisted practica.
During the solo training, we work on movement, rhythm, coordination, balance, and musicality. It's not about choreography or performance and pressure. It's about developing skills that support every dance you have.
During the practice session, you'll have space to explore these skills with a partner, ask questions, receive feedback, and find your own path to movement and connection.
Our sessions are open level. Whether you're completely new to Brazilian Zouk or have been dancing for years, we aim to create an environment where everyone can find something valuable for their own growth.

200 CZK per person when registering as a leader-follower pair
300 CZK per person when registering individually
Cash payment before the lesson
You don't need to register with a partner. However, we appreciate registrations in leader-follower pairs as they help us maintain balanced roles during the practica.
The first session is free for complete beginners. You can register for individual sessions.
