✔ ANDRE & ARINA
Arina and Andre are a dynamic pro dance couple with a combined 40+ years of experience in deeply understanding the body and how it moves.
During our Zouk via Numa workshops, we will explore how to get out of the head and into the body. The aim is to connect deeply to yourself and to the partner to be able to allow things to flow. We aim to give you a higher level of freedom and feelings while moving and dancing.
✔ VAHUR & TRIIN
Triin and Vahur are one of the coordinators and drivers of the friendly zouk community in Tallinn, who have been collecting inspiration and knowledge from many festivals and events around Europe. Their latest inspiration is coming from the magic of lambazouk and its wireless game. They are eager to share their enthusiasm.
During our workshops, we are exploring different ways on how to connect with your dance partner using the foundations of lambazouk along with visual leading/following.

12:00 - 13:00 Preparing the body to flow & move via the Numa method (Andre & Arina)
13:00 - 14:00 Reaching zouk bliss via the Numa method (Andre & Arina)
14:30 - 15:30 Wireless flow & connection through basics of lambazouk (Vahur & Triin)
15:30 - 16:30 Playful elements from lambazouk (Vahur & Triin)
19:00-22:15 Zouk social
