About the workshop & the teacher:
Head movements are one of the most expressive elements of Brazilian Zouk. In this workshop, we’ll break down the technique into simple and accessible building blocks. Then we’ll explore creative ways to combine them through playful exercises. Both leaders and followers will develop confidence, body awareness, and better communication.
"I’m Ilse, and I’ve been teaching Brazilian Zouk throughout Europe since 2015. My classes combine clear technical explanations with creativity, musicality, and a relaxed atmosphere. I hope you’ll leave with new ideas, practical skills, and a big smile."
