His dedication is based on solid contribution to the growth of being, narrowing the distance between daily life and pleasure, promoted by art associated with interpersonal contact.

Zouk High is a Boulder-based dance organization dedicated to delivering the highest quality Brazilian Zouk instruction and events. Originally founded by renowned instructors Anastasia and Lamar Roman, whose backgrounds in performance and athleticism brought a standard of excellence; Zouk High continues to uphold their legacy with a focus on professional, technique-driven classes and artistically curated socials. Our mission is to inspire people to dance! Now passionately led by their students Jess Crutchfield, Saydie Sago, and Team, Zouk High offers monthly workshops, socials, and events that foster community, creativity, and growth while maintaining the heart, integrity, and caliber that shaped its roots.
