Zouk: 90 Min Foundations to Flow Workshop

A 90-minute Brazilian Zouk workshop beginning with the core essentials — timing, feeling and flow — and building into foundational movements including lateral, simple turn, viradinha and Gostosinho. It also introduces Zouk concepts like lead/follow communication, elasticity and frame, with an emphasis on control, comfort and musicality rather than just memorizing patterns.
