Zootenanny Presents: A Special Duel Headliner show with John-Michael Bond and Stephen Taylor!Originally from Chattanooga, TN, John-Michael Bond honed his craft as part of the booming Atlanta, GA comedy scene. He is also the former co-host of the podcast "Who's Your God?" along with Amy Miller and Steve Hernandez. Creative Loafing magazine said his comedy covers “the arduous yet worthwhile pursuit of love, rationalizing vices with how they impact relationships, the wackiness of death, and we should be nicer.” He feels that’s accurate. His comedy has appeared on VICE, Grawlix Save the World, RISK!, and more. He currently lives in LA with his cats. His 2020 comedy album "Everything is Fine" topped the iTunes comedy charts, and he's preparing to film his first video comedy special in May!
Originally a Louisiana native, Stephen moved to Kansas City to escape his traditional southern roots. He's a fast rising talent in the region that has worked with comics like Theo Von, Karlous Miller, and Laurie Kilmartin. A former teacher, reformed preacher, and political operative, Stephen combines his unique perspective with some interesting stories and some sweet southern charm and headlines at your favorite clubs, colleges, and bars across the country. He has been featured on The Breakfast Club, The New York Post, and at San Fransisco Sketchfest. He was recently awarded best performer at the 2023 Cleveland Comedy Festival, is the co-founder of the Barrel of the Bottoms studio in Kansas City, and the co-host of the Set to Destroy Podcast!
Also featuring Cassie Duncan, an icon in the KC comedy scene, Cassie has been blazing her own trail delighting audiences all across the midwest!
