Meet up at 6:00 pm. Wheels down at 6:30 pm.
Get some easy miles in to work on that aerobic base. We’re aiming to end up at an average speed of around 14-16 mph, this will be a mostly no drop. Bring a helmet or no ride.

Lights and helmets are REQUIRED. Pack a spare tube plus necessary tools, and have a ride-share app downloaded in case of a mechanical that takes more than a few minutes to fix. As always, you’re responsible for your own safety and bike.
