A former Novocastrian and 1233 ABC Vocalist of the Year, Zoe has returned to Australia after performing in her second home, New Orleans.Join Zoe K for an unforgettable Sunday Soiree, where she will bring you a taste of New Orleans jazz and soul, complemented by her signature grit and cheeky banter. This is not your typical jazz experience—if you’re looking for a 'copy-paste' rendition of the American jazz songbook, this show isn’t for you. However, if you want to experience a self-confessed show pony delivering the best of New Orleans jazz and soul, along with original songs from her two albums and selections from her recent Sydney Fringe Festival performance, then this is the show for you.
Zoe K is thrilled to take the stage once again at Lizottes (now Flamingo), where she has shared the spotlight with esteemed artists such as the late Renee Geyer, Linda and Vika Bull, and Wendy Matthews, alongside her own sold-out shows. During her time in New Orleans, she performed at iconic venues including Howlin' Wolf, Blue Nile, and Maple Leaf, and was a featured vocalist for Grammy Award winner and HBO star Kermit Ruffins. She also shared the stage with Jon Cleary and performed at the renowned New Orleans French Quarter Festival.
