Info: Toluwa Oyeleye is the Founder and Training Director of Zoah Consultancy, a behavioural science–driven coaching company helping leaders and teams build healthier, more human workplaces.

A certified coach, TEDx speaker, and facilitator, she has worked with organisations including HSBC, Alzheimer’s Society, Dell Technologies, and Too Good To Go, as well as universities across the UK. Her work blends mindset, wellbeing, and leadership to create lasting behavioural change.
