The ZO Reset: An Evening Sound Bath + Tea 🌙
Step away from the noise and give yourself an evening to slow down, reset, and recharge at Studio ZO Pilates.
The ZO Reset is an intimate wellness experience featuring a 45-minute immersive sound bath designed to create a calming space to unwind at the end of the week. Settle onto your mat, get comfortable, and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you through a deeply relaxing experience.
Following the sound bath, guests are invited to stay and enjoy complimentary herbal tea while easing back into the evening.
No Pilates. No workout. No experience necessary. Simply come as you are and take some time for yourself.

What to Bring
Studio ZO will provide a mat for every guest. We require each guest to bring a full-length mat towel to completely cover the mat.
For the ultimate sound bath experience, we also highly recommend bringing a pillow and cozy blanket so you can fully relax and get comfortable during the 45-minute session.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, set up your space, and get settled. Doors will close promptly when the sound bath begins.
