Zion ~ Monthly Women's Breathwork Circle
Come join us at Angel Heart 4 You on 1st Street in Benicia, CA, USA for a transformative experience at our monthly women's breathwork circle. This gathering is a sacred space for women to come together, breathe, release, connect with their inner selves and hold space for one another.
Through guided breathwork sessions, we aim to promote healing, self-discovery and empowerment. No experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Join us for a journey of self-care and sisterhood!
The gentle method of Breathwork Gracie uses for the most part is non-invasive. HOWEVER, breathwork is not for everyone. Breathwork can bring up emotions and release hidden traumas, so perhaps a group setting is not for you. Please contact Gracie for information about private breathwork sessions. This powerful healing modality is safe if properly performed with a trained practitioner.
More about the facilitator...
Gracie is a native of Canada. She is a mother of 2 and Modern Medicine Woman. Gracie has spent the past 15 yrs in the health and fitness realm and has helped hundreds of people connect to their physical bodies through fitness. During her twenties Gracie led a revolution in the sport of Powerlifting, breaking records, facilitating international events and Co Founding California Elite Training Center, San Diego's largest Powerlifting training facility. She’s now retired from Powerlifting and living in the California Bay Area with her 2 boys.
As a young teen Gracie battled with drug addiction and spent 15+ yrs in the rooms of 12 step recovery programs. She continually seeked, never feeling enough- until the day she attended her first plant medicine ceremony. Plant medicine gave her the tools to experience more self love, forgiveness and compassion than ever before. She celebrates 17 years of sobriety and has always been passionate about helping folks around her get clean.
In 2022 Gracie co-founded a non-profit church, Sunyata Soul, in which plant & earth medicine ceremonies are facilitated through. For more information on the church please email [email protected].
Gracie spends part of the year in Canada alongside her two identical triplet sisters, Erin & Bonnie. The sisters own Odiyanna, a private island in Western Quebec that houses a temple where community gatherings and retreats are held. You can find her facilitating Ceremonial Breathwork in Wakefield, QC during the summers.
