A fascinating talk by Andy Lewis on the changing landscape and history of Bedminster Down/Bishopsworth during Queen Elizabeth II reign.
About this Event

In this talk Andy Lewis, from Zion's own Local History Group will track back the last seventy years and attempt to give us an insight how our Community has changed during the period. He will talk about the experiences of others as well as his own growing up in a period when many were still coming to terms with the impact of the Second World War.

Andy will also discuss the community's growth and how it has changed and adapted to its current format, this is a talk aimed to those who new to our Community as well as those who have a long-standing connection to the area or maybe just a love of Bristol history!

Please note the evening is free but there is a small (non-refundable) administration charge for the ticket. Capacity is limited so please only book for those who will be able to come on the night to allow others the opportunity.

Doors open 7.30pm, talk will begin at 8pm, bar open all night, over 16s only.
