Zine Workshop- Guided Art Hang
About this Event
Golda's Art Social:
Join a regular group of creatives, learning about artists and art techniques together.
Each event starts with a brief slideshow about our topic (this one will be about ZINES), followed by an approachable, fun art project for all levels.
These events are geared towards adults, but older kids who can concentrate and engage in the workshop can join, too.
All materials are provided (you can bring clippings or stickers if you'd like to incorporate them into your zine).
This event will be at Tupelo on Elvas. We go to different local cafes for the atmosphere, drinks, and light snacks.
Limited seating.
Your guide- local artist Jessica
Jessica also guides weekly workshops at East Village Books on J Street most Fridays.
Other events we've done: Yayoi Kusama wax resist + collage, Henri Matisse painting with paper, Bullet Journaling, and Textured Landscapes.
