COURSE ONE ~ Zia's White Sangria
(Sauceless pizza course)
Quattro Formaggi:
Gorgonzola, mozzarella, parmesan, & provolone cheeses topped with Calabrian chili honey & fresh greens, pistachios, & red onion.
Pizza Vegetali:
Artichoke, mushroom, spinach, tomatoes & our three cheese blend topped with goat cheese.

COURSE TWO ~ Rosé Sangria
(Traditional sauced pizza course)
Margarita:
Tomato-basil sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes & basil.
Carne Amore:
Tomato-basil sauce, pepperoni, pancetta, & italian sausage. Topped with mozzarella cheese & banana peppers.

COURSE THREE ~ Zia's Red Sangria
Costine Corte Pizza:
Short rib, cheese blend, au jus sauce, gardinira
Pizze Primavera:
Freshly made pizza dough topped with, zucchini, peas, pancetta, tomato & red pepper sauce
