Next, fire up your appetite with a mouthwatering starter of Thai beef fillet, perfectly seared and served with crispy baby cabbage and fine green beans.
For the main course, prepare a delicately steamed seabass infused with ginger, soy sauce, and lemongrass and complemented with flavour-packed Thai fried rice (khao pad) and a vibrant long bean stir-fry (pad tua fak yao).
