Zest Freestyle - Friday 24 July

The Addison Centre is the home of Ceroc in Bedford.
We run Ceroc classes every Thursday evening, and our monthly Friday night freestyles have become a regular highlight in the Bedford dance calendar.
In the main hall, DJ Marc plays a lively mix of classic and modern tracks, chosen to keep the floor moving and to suit both new and experienced dancers. Expect a smooth flow through different genres, with a balanced mix of upbeat favourites, slower grooves and feel-good floor-fillers.
On Friday nights, the bar is open, serving a range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Free tea and coffee are available from 10 p.m.
Entry is £12, payable on the door by cash or card.
We also offer a Thursday-and-Friday dance deal: enjoy both nights for just £16. That saves you £6 and gives you two great nights of dancing. Just ask at the door for details.

2026 Theme Nights
In February and August, we host our twice-yearly Swing and Latin-themed Moondance freestyle. This much-loved night brings back the feel of classic Ceroc from the late 90s and early 2000s, with a fun mix of Swing, Latin and familiar favourites.
In May and November, we switch things up with Soul Train. A more recent addition to the Bedford calendar, Soul Train blends classic Motown, popular disco, contemporary pop and soulful favourites for a feel-good night with plenty of energy.
