Zero Proof Cocktail Lab | Dry January Pop Up Event @ Botanika SLC

Hosted by Botanika, Salt Lake City’s non-alcoholic bottle shop & artisan market, the Zero-Proof Cocktail Lab is a hands-on Dry January workshop led by founder Kate Riser.

Guests will learn how to craft (2) balanced, functional zero-proof cocktails using Botanika’s curated selection of alcohol-free botanical spirits, bitters, and mixers.
The evening includes a guided mix-along, tasting, and practical instruction designed for both beginners and seasoned home bartenders exploring alcohol-free drinks.

Guest collaborator: Kissing Whiskey Vintage, joining us for special demonstrations, tasting notes, and conversation around creating intentional, community-centered social spaces without alcohol.
