Come join us for the newest Whistle Pig University class, "Zero Proof, a lifestyle experience in non-alcoholic fun." This is a zero-proof pairing event where attendees will learn about the latest offerings in NA Beers, wine, spirits, and mocktails from Professor Montana Horsfall, whose company, craftcocktailinc.com, has gained popularity for presenting creative cocktail and zero-proof experiences and classes.

Montana will present an array of zero-proof beverages for you to try, and talk about sourcing, brands, and the latest trends so you can enrich your next friends gathering.

Whether you're the designated driver, that friend who doesn't drink, or just looking to try something new, this tasting experience is perfect for everyone.

Arrive at 6 PM, and start the night with a refreshing frozen "non-garita" and mingle with fellow attendees in a laid-back atmosphere. Our first lesson will be NA Beers paired with appropriate party fare for munching. We will experience 2 beers with a possible bonus pour later in the evening.

The learning continues with 2 pours of hand-selected wines paired with a charcuterie-like selection of fruit, cheese, and meats. We will serve a White and a Red with some analysis of the current market for Zero Proof Wines and how to best plan for your home events or a night out with friends.

We will round out the evening with Mocktails, a zero-proof treat of 2 beverages presented by Montana. She will demo how to make and garnish as our servers deliver your beverage and uncover the final round of appetizers.

This event is a social with self-serve appetizers paired with each round of beverages and learning. Expect a bonus pour or two and prizes.
