Calling all breathwork lovers! Step into a whimsical winter wonderland and breathe in the magic of the season at “Golly Geez, It’s Christmas” —an experiential art breath work, where powerful taiko drumming contrasts with ethereal holiday carols.

Set in a charming, old-fashioned Christmas setting, this one-of-a-kind event blends breathwork, movement, sound healing, and live music to awaken your senses and elevate your spirit. Indigenous instruments - taiko drums, native flutes, chimes and bowls - meet classic Christmas carols in a powerful live soundscape crafted by seasoned musicians and drummers — creating the perfect sonic backdrop for a deep and joyful breath journey.

• A carefully crafted space to spark euphoria, creativity, and connection
• A shared experience designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, uplifted, and totally in the holiday spirit

This dynamic breathwork session helps:

• Boost your mood, energy, and vitality

• Date & Time: Starts promptly at 6:00 PM (Doors open at 5:40 PM)
• Location: Inside a private artist loft - you will be guided into the event space.
• Late entry is not permitted once doors close at 6:00 PM

• A yoga mat or foam pad, blanket, and sleep mask (recommended)
• Wear your most fun Christmas sweater, shirt, or PJs – let’s get festive!
• Come with an empty stomach — nourishing snacks will be served after the session

Info: Door opens. You will be greeted and escorted into our event space by one of our organizers. Door will close promptly at 6:00pm so we can start without interruptions to our festivities. Please be sure to arrive on time and settle in. Don't miss the party!
