Zero Gravity, Zero Gluten Happy Hour

Unwind your mind, elevate your body, and treat your taste buds! Join The Aerialist Therapist and Jewel’s Bakery and Cafe for the ultimate Friday evening reset series: Zero Gravity, Zero Gluten.

Start your night suspended in relaxation with a 5:30 PM Somatic Aerial class taught by AJ, The Aerialist Therapist. You’ll experience the deep release of zero-gravity movement suspended in a hammock. Afterward, head over to Jewel's Bakery and Cafe at 6:45 PM to celebrate the weekend with a dedicated, 100% gluten-free happy hour experience.

This is a two-part collaborative experience. Please note the separate times and locations for each portion:

The Aerialist Therapist (5:30 PM):

• 60min aerial winddown with AJ Briggs, LCSW
• Hammock, props, and guidance provided
• Wear what you'd wear to workout
• Arrive 10min early to check-in

At Jewel's Bakery and Cafe (6:45 PM onward):

• Access to our exclusive Ticket-Holder Menu
• 1 entrée
• 1 happy treat (your pick from the curated list)
• 1 agua fresca
• Counter service — order at the counter, settle in wherever feels right
