An invitation to join us and take your first step into Zenthai Shiatsu training.A four day class that gives you an opportunity immerse in the practice that draws from Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic Technique and so much more.

What we will discover together:
- Over 1.5hrs of quality bodywork techniques & a full body sequence you can share.
- Practical focus on the Zenthai principles and threads
- Lots of engaged learning through the Giving and receiving
- Deepen your sense of touch
- Cultivate inner awareness
You will also receive:
- a full colour manual and be gifted access to valuable online tutorials for one month.
- a Level One Zenthai Shiatsu Certificate (32 hrs contact delivery to claim CPE points).
*The level one workshop is a prerequisite to the Zenthai 9 month Therapist Programme.
If you have done the level one training previously this is the new level one.
The new level is more fluid and flowing than the original, with creative transitions, and a flow that energises the giver in the practice. Very smooth and connected, focusing even more on the quality of touch and listening to the body.

Situated 1km from Bar Beach in Newcastle West, a central location easy to access via public transport. We create a beautiful space inside and enjoy the surrounds of parkland, and our gardens that are now producing bananas, passionfruit and mulberries.
Accommodation Options: The Newcastle Zenthai Community often offer to host students with a room, a bed or an outdoor space to camp. Please make a request when you book to indicate if your interested in more details. There are also many other options close by, The Newcastle Backpacker hostels are affordable and have a great reputation too.
