Zentangle is super easy to learn – all you need to know is how to write the letters c, s, i, and o in order to create beautiful art. The aim of Zentangle is to increase your focus, creativity, self-confidence and well-being. Zentangle embodies the philosophy of ‘no mistakes’ – only opportunities!
Who is this for? Everybody!! We start slow and easy and will build up. If you believe you can’t draw and don’t have a creative or artistic bone in your body (but you wish you did), then this is for
you! If you are an artist, this is also for you. It is a fun way to develop a different style of art, which can be incorporated into your other artistic creations.
Zentangle is a mindfulness based practice and art is used as a vehicle to help participants learn how to do this. Zentangle has many benefits and applications. It is up to you as to what you would like to get out of it.
