Come join us at Bikettle Indoor Cycling Bootcamp for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our Zen Wick & Flow event.

Participants begin their journey by immersing themselves in the art of candle making, where they craft personalized candles infused with intention and creativity.Following the candle making session, participants transition seamlessly into a rejuvenating yoga practice led by experienced instructor Erica Marie. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and meditation, they cultivate inner peace and harmony, connecting with the present moment.

As the yoga session draws to a close, participants have the opportunity to further deepen their relaxation with learning massages techniques by Xiomara Wellness. Experienced massage threapist will provide educational tool for soothing treatments, easing tension from the body and promoting a profound sense of relaxation and well-being for yourself or for you to perform on your partner.
