OVERVIEW:
Join us on a journey of self-love, peace and enlightenment as Truest guides you through ancient practices that harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Starting with breathwork then a soft transition to a grounding meditation journey all accompanied by healing sound therapy featuring himalayan bowls, solfeggio bowls, gong and other ancient instruments.
INSTRUCTIONS: ENTER IN SILENCE. REMAIN SILENT. Phones locked in vehicle or on silent placed on the table outside of the room. No pictures or video allowed.
BRING: BRING YOUR YOGA MAT, OR TOWEL AND BLANKET, PILLOWS.
