Zen Sound bath

Welcome to experience Zen Sound bath! Join me every Sunday 330pm for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath. 🧘‍♂️ Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations that will help you unwind and find inner peace.

Let the harmonious frequencies wash over you as you lay back and let go of all your stress. This session is the perfect opportunity to recharge and recenter yourself amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

No experience is needed for this session as it is gentle, restorative and beginner friendly.

Please come in comfortable clothing and with a water bottle.

Minimum 2 pax to start, class will be cancelled if the number of participants is not met.

P​​lease arrive early to settle in on your mat.

There is a 10-min grace period, after which entry will be denied.
