Zen Kids Yoga 6 Week Series (ages 7-12)

When:

Tuesdays @ 5:15 PM class for 4-6 year olds

Thursdays @ 5:15 PM class for 7-12 year olds

We keep it fun and engaging with the use of games, songs and stories to move through practice.

We will start with a warm-up movement activity, and move through poses that are simple and easy to follow.

Class will end with a guided relaxation exercise.

Teaching kid's breathing exercises can help them learn to manage their emotions and improve focus as well as explore their creativity and imagination.

Cost:

6-week Zen Yoga series $50

6-week Two Class Series $75

(Two Class Series includes the Zen Kid's Yoga & Little Feet Big Moves Latin & Ballroom Class)
