Our Zen Garden High Tea returns this Friday 16th May… and it’s more decadent than ever! Following its debut on Mother’s Day, our Zen Garden High Tea is back – reimagined and elevated.
Crafted by Executive Chef Valentino Acuzar, this Japanese-inspired experience is a fusion of tranquillity and indulgence. Your journey begins with a glass of Veuve Tailhan Blanc de Blanc NV, followed by a stunning share board of handcrafted sweet and savoury creations – including wagyu tataki, Moreton Bay Bug rolls, sashimi and the showstopping edible chocolate Haus of Zen.
Every element is designed to transport you – from the matcha tiramisu to the yuzu log, it’s all about balance, beauty, and bold flavour.
Available Fridays to Sundays for $109pp.
