We invite you to a special afternoon of mindfulness and culture. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the authentic methods of making traditional Korean temple kimchi and experience a warm, shared meal.

👩🍳 Meet Your Instructor: Woolim Kim
Woolim is a Certified Korean Temple Food Chef recognized by the Korean Buddhist Cultural Heritage Foundation. With a background in Culinary Management & Nutrition from George Brown College, she also brings valuable experience as a Nutrition Program Assistant for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and from the Dietary Department at Chartwell Retirement Senior Care Centre.
