Join Kaitlyn as she guides you through 45 minutesof Restorative Yoga & Ahnee as she guides you through 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
Restorative Yoga uses a lot of props! One bolster, two blocks, & two blankets will be provided. Yoga Nidra settle into a comfy spot for a guided mediation. Leave feeling relaxed & refreshed or go home & head straight to bed (we won't judge!)!
A yoga mat is not required for this class
