A day of recreational wellbeing in an English country gardenJoin us in this beautiful 'Baroque Garden' setting, just 20 mins from Birmingham, to enjoy a selection of 'recreational wellbeing' activities for you to retreat into.
Sessions delivered by down to earth practitioners designed to promote wellness, connection and euphoria. A place where you are invited to calm your mind, awaken your body and simply unwind. An opportunity to bask in healthy, wholesome endorphin hits with others…. we hope you decide to enter the Zen Den!
A day of yoga, meditation, a gong bath, drum & bass aerobics and a guided tour of the grounds. All delivered under the gardens 'stretch tent' so we can gather come rain or shine.
Light refreshments available to purchase from the Courtyard Cafe throughout the day or bring your own picnic.
