Welcome to our weekly ZEN COACHING gatherings for deep connection, authentic relating and relaxing into Being 🌞A safe space to express our true selves, be seen and accepted.
Through a variety of group dynamics, we will be experiencing various aspects of our True Nature: Presence, Connection, Joy, Playfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Inner Peace, Love, etc.
The INTENTION is to:
• reconnect with our Essence 🌞
• practice emphatic listening to improve our relations and therefore our life 💜
• practicing acceptance of the Present Moment, learning better self-regulation and life resilience 🌟
• uplift our energy, creating MAGIC together ✨
• meet like-minded/hearted people and have good time together 🙂
RULES:
- Be kind and respectful
- No spamming the group
- It’s not about being “right” or “wrong” but including more perspectives to learn from each other
- Assume good intentions of people

About the FACILITATOR:
Ela Kolodziej is a trained facilitator and a holistic therapist with years of experience; and she will do her best to create a safe and encouraging container to Be in and enjoy together.
That being said, each participant is responsible for taking care of their boundaries and well-being, deciding when and how to participate, co-creating a beautiful and supporting space.
If during any activity you feel unsafe or need support, you can approach the facilitator and address it with her, in the moment or afterwards.
⚡ CONTRAINDICATIONS ⚡
Although it is a space where healing can happen, it is not meant to be a therapy place, so if you have serious mental health problems or get easily triggered and overwhelmed, reconsider your participation.

We require a minimum of 5 registered participants by Saturday evening for each event to happen.
💰 Contribution according to your possibilities (please bring cash):
• 10€ economy
• 15€ fair
• 20€ abundant
CANCELLATION POLICY:
free up to 24 hours before the event, after that you shall contribute for your spot
LANGUAGE: the main language is English, but we can do short explanations in Spanish, so welcome to join 😊
