Join us at 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 24, 2025, for Zen & Zest โ a refreshing outdoor yoga session led by Shara Turner, a certified yoga trainer, Ayurvedic practitioner, and nutritionist, as part of the Navatara's Indian Food Festival of Ottawa, proudly presented in partnership with the High Commission of India, Ottawa.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, this session is open to all age groups and levels. Bring your mat, bring your energy, and get ready to stretch into serenity under the summer sky.
