Join us for this special private class and shopping event at Mainstream Boutique in Ankeny, Iowa. After the doors close for the day Mainstream will reopen with a special private shoppers 20% discount followed by a one hour course on the art and science of Grounding and Earthing hosted by Sole to Soul. Monday, September 15, from 5-7 PM, Hope and Jen of Sole to Soul, LLC will shop alongside you and then take you through an experiential, hands-on learning session about the healing power of reconnecting to the vibration of the Earth. Built around three pillars of wellness, our goal is to allow participants to FEEL the difference these practices can bring.
In addition to some great deals, you will learn to "plug in" and get the basics on grounding and the effects on the central nervous system to cultivate the soil for growing your calm! This session will cover grounding and earthing as a means to manage stress and create a clear mind and cultivate deeper more restorative sleep!
Reclaiming Your Rest: Discover how grounding can regulate your circadian rhythms, calm the nervous system, and reduce nighttime inflammation. Explore practical ways to ground before and during rest, and experience real-time grounding while connected to the Earth. Whether you struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep, this class will guide you back to nature’s rhythm—one night of rest at a time.
PLEASE BRING: A water bottle, journal, yoga mat and your open minds!
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing for gathering on the floor on yoga mats. A chair can be provided upon request.
