🎈 Welcome to the Z.E.C.A. Community Block Party! 🎈Z.E.C.A. School of Arts and Technology invites the entire Jacksonville community to come out for a day of food, fun, and connection. This is a FREE, family-friendly event open to everyone — current ZECA families, prospective families, neighbors, and friends!
