Do I need tickets/to RSVP?
⏵ No tickets or RSVPs are taken. Entry is first come, first served with a required purchase.
Is it sold out?
⏵ There are no tickets for this event. Entry is first come, first served with a required purchase.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
⏵ This event is all-ages! Parents or guardians may enter with children they are accompanying.
How does entry work?
⏵ Only the first 1,000 fans who make a purchase of KONNAKOL Limited Edition Color Vinyl will be admitted to the meet-and-greet. Line → purchase → wristband → entry.
How many wristbands can I get?
⏵ One wristband per person.
When is the cutoff?
⏵ There are 1,000 wristbands available. Once they are gone, entry to the meet-and-greet is no longer available.
What does a wristband mean?
⏵ A wristband confirms you are part of the first 1,000 fans and guarantees your photo opportunity with Zayn!
What happens after wristbands run out?
⏵ Fans without a wristband will not be able to participate in the meet-and-greet.

Where do I line up?
⏵ The line will form outside UMusic Shop on Penn Plaza. Please follow all instructions from security and staff.
When does the line open?
⏵ This will be announced closer to the event. Overnight camping on Penn Plaza is not permitted.
Can someone hold my spot in line?
⏵ No. All fans must be physically present to maintain their place in line.
Can I leave the line and come back?
⏵ If you leave the line, your spot is not guaranteed.
If I have a wristband, can I leave and come back later?
⏵ If you leave the line, your spot is not guaranteed.
Will there be security?
⏵ Yes! Security will be present throughout the day to manage the line and entry.

🛍️ PURCHASE DETAILS
Do I need to buy something to enter?
⏵ Yes. Purchase of KONNAKOL Limited Edition Color Vinyl is required to receive a wristband and participate in the meet-and-greet.
When do purchases begin?
⏵ This will be announced closer to the event. Orders will be processed in line.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
⏵ All attendees must purchase KONNAKOL Limited Edition Color Vinyl to participate in the meet-and-greet.
Can I purchase for someone else?
⏵ No. Each person must be present to receive a wristband. Parents or guardians may purchase for children they are accompanying.
What payment methods are accepted?
⏵ Credit cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted. Cash will not be accepted.
What happens if my payment fails?
⏵ Entry is not guaranteed without a completed purchase.

Will I meet Zayn?
⏵ Yes! Fans with wristbands will receive a photo opportunity.
How long will I have with Zayn?
⏵ Interactions will be brief so he can meet as many fans as possible!
Will he be signing anything?
⏵ No. This is a photo-only experience. Autographs will not be permitted.
Can I bring a pen or marker for Zayn to sign something?
⏵ No. Autographs will not be permitted.
Can Zayn draw a tattoo or other design for me?
⏵ No. Zayn will not be able to draw or sign anything.
Can I use my phone during the meet-and-greet?
⏵ No. Phones may not be used during your meet-and-greet.
Can we take group photos?
⏵ Yes! Group photos are allowed, but limited to one photo per group.
Is physical interaction allowed?
⏵ Please be respectful. Staff may limit interactions to keep the line moving.

Will I get a photo?
⏵ Yes! A professional photographer will take your photo.
Can I take selfies?
⏵ No. Personal photos and videos will not be permitted during the meet-and-greet. Our photographer will capture your moment so we can keep the line moving smoothly!
How do I get my photo?
⏵ You will receive a QR code on-site to access your photo after it is taken. Additional instructions will be provided at the event!
How long after the event will photos be available?
⏵ Photos will be available 1–2 days after the event.
Is there a backup method if the QR system fails?
⏵ Instructions will be provided at the event if needed.

What product will be available?
⏵ KONNAKOL Limited Edition Color Vinyl. More will be announced closer to the event!
Can I choose my own items or is it a fixed bundle?
⏵ Purchase of KONNAKOL Limited Edition Color Vinyl is required for meet-and-greet entry. Additional merch may also be available for purchase.
Will the products sell out?
⏵ Product is available while supplies last. We anticipate enough for 1,000 fans.
Can I still make purchases after wristbands run out?
⏵ Yes! If product remains available, you may still make a purchase. However, you will not be able to participate in the meet-and-greet without a wristband.
What is your return/refund policy?
⏵ All sales are final. No returns or refunds for this event.
