Zach Packs (Tucson)

We are thrilled to announce our very first Zach Packs event in Tucson, Arizona. Join Kid in the Corner as we bring this powerful tradition of compassion to our new community. Together, we will assemble care packs to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness and show that Tucson is a place where everyone is seen, heard, and supported.

Zach Packs is a community kindness event dedicated to providing essential care items for individuals experiencing homelessness. This event began as a heartfelt tribute to Zachary Sumner following his tragic passing on June 13, 2017. By launching this event in Tucson on the anniversary of his passing, we are expanding Zach's legacy of compassion and inviting you to help us build a culture of empathy in our new home.

• Location: Southside Presbyterian Church

• Who: All ages are welcome! This is a perfect event for families, student groups, and community members.

As this is our first event in the area, we want to ensure everything runs smoothly! All guests must register in advance to help us manage supplies and make the check-in process quick and easy. Bring your friends and family to help us make this first Tucson Zach Packs a massive success.

Every Zach Pack includes a special dedication tag. To mark our first year in Tucson, we invite you to honor a loved one by submitting an honoree name to be included on these tags. Please visit our webpage to submit your names: kidinthecorner.org/zach-packs
