Z Modular Manufacturing Tour - Modular Apartments

Z Modular is a modular manufacturer specializing in off-site fabricated apartment housing across the US and Canada. The event will tour the factory floor starting with raw steel and walking attendees through each phase of the construction process. At the end of the tour, attendees will be able to see a finished model unit of what the end user would inhabit.

Meet in main lobby. Security is strict so the front door may be locked after we begin. Late attendees may not be able to enter. Attendees must be in full PPE. At minimum this means closed-toed shoes and full-length pants. Attendees will not be allowed on the factory floor with open shoes or heels. If attendees have hard hats, vests, and safety glasses they are encouraged to bring them. If not, we will have PPE available on site.
