Each workshop includes an interactive question-and-answer session and exclusive prizes available only to attendees inside the workshop.
You must be present to win. Every workshop attendee will receive a complimentary prize-entry ticket for that workshop.

One hundred per cent of the charity raffle proceeds will support a local Calgary charity.
Charity raffle tickets are sold separately and are not included with event admission. Winners do not need to remain at the event unless otherwise stated. Winning numbers will be posted and winners will be contacted.

The YYC Travel Show takes place for one day only.
Tickets are limited, and the VIP Boarding Pass traditionally sells out before the event. Purchase early to avoid missing Calgary’s biggest day of travel inspiration, prizes, deals, and expert advice.

General Admission – $8
Your General Admission ticket provides entry to the YYC Travel Show from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2027.
Admission includes:
- Access to the full travel show exhibit floor
- Meetings with airlines, cruise lines, resorts, tour companies, and destination representatives
- Travel Gurus consultation and booking stations
- Exclusive show-day offers
- Exhibitor contests, prizes, and giveaways
- Access to purchase charity raffle tickets
- Access to purchase individual workshop tickets, subject to availability
Expert workshops and the VIP Lounge are not included with General Admission.
Children aged 12 and younger may attend free with a ticketed adult.
VIP Boarding Pass – $49

VIP Boarding Pass holders receive:

The VIP Boarding Pass is limited and is expected to sell out.
Workshop seating remains first come, first served. VIP holders should arrive early for workshops they wish to attend.
Individual Workshop Tickets – $5 Each
Your workshop ticket includes:
- Admission to the selected workshop
- An interactive question-and-answer session
- One complimentary entry into the workshop’s exclusive prize draw
- Expert information and practical travel-planning advice
You must also hold a valid General Admission or VIP Boarding Pass ticket to enter the YYC Travel Show.
Workshop seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be inside the workshop and present when the winner is announced to claim a prize.
VIP Boarding Pass holders do not need to purchase individual workshop tickets because admission to all workshops is included.
