WHAT? This class is all about working on your freestyle dance / improv skills through various prompts and drills! Includes a quick warm up. OPEN LEVEL. We offer an inclusive learning atmosphere: all ages, all genders, all people welcome. Heels or runners are appropriate! Please bring runners and optional yoga mat for warm up!

HOW MUCH? $20+GST to drop in OR $52.50 for monthly membership (includes GST). Memberships must be paid by December 9th IN FULL. Sponsored spots are always available for each class and never limited. No Refunds will be issued for missed classes (drop ins OR membership) except for the following:

• If injury or illness keeps you from attending any classes that month and you’ve paid for the month already, a partial refund of 50% of the set amount will go towards a future class.

• Two hour minimum notice of illness or injury must be given before class to receive the above reimbursement

The Rhythm FX Collective is a community of women empowering people through movement. We foster a safe space for humans from all walks of life to learn movement and dance.

The dance training we provide is focused on free movement, improvisational movement, and GoGo dance. It incorporates a diverse range of elements, such as play, experimentation, tempo, patterns, performance, levels, posing, character development and more.

We also explore various dance styles, studying their techniques, foundations, and history, and incorporate this into freestyle movement.

RFX Collective classes provides foundations, history, tools, techniques, tips and tricks on how to improve your freestyle abilities- but it's up to YOU to practice!
