Join us for a mindful career fulfillment workshop with Dr. Lynn Chang of Career Zen, designed to support women in finding clarity, confidence, and purpose in their professional lives. You will leave with actionable strategies to move from burnout to purpose, reconnect with what truly lights you up, and begin taking intentional steps toward a career that feels aligned and meaningful. Career Zen blends practical career tools, including guided reflection, self discovery exercises, and career clarity frameworks, with mindful practices to help you quiet self doubt and trust your next move.
In this interactive workshop, participants will engage in Panda Poker, a signature Career Zen activity that uses playful yet powerful prompts to help you reflect on your values, strengths, needs, and desires around work. By integrating psychology, mindfulness, and inner wisdom, you will gain insight into how to align your lived experiences with work that feels purposeful, without burning out or forcing a rigid path. Whether you are navigating a career transition, feeling disconnected from your current role, or simply craving more meaning, this session will offer grounding tools you can use immediately.
About Dr. Lynn Chang
Dr. Lynn Chang is the founder of Career Zen, a holistic career coaching practice dedicated to helping people move from burnout to purpose. She holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and is also a certified yoga teacher, bringing together deep professional expertise with mindful, heart-centered practices. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Lynn has supported clients ranging from teens to retirees as they rediscover confidence, clarity, and fulfillment in their work.
