YVO Warrior Ruck: Prospect Park

You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Prospect Park. We meet Saturday 09:50am at the Grand Army Plaza park entrance and leave at 10:00am for movement and connection.

Bring your vest - or just come as you are. All levels welcome.

No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength 💪
