Let's cozy up for an afternoon of deep rest, connection and intention as we approach the Holiday Season. This is an opportunity to step away from the stress of this season and intentionally cultivate the space for deep calm, grounding and nourishment for the body, mind and nervous system.
Yummy Yoga combines gentle movement, restorative (supported poses), breathwork and guided relaxation to balance out the busy-ness and over stimulation of our lives, as musician Perry Smith serenades us with the soothing sounds of classical guitar. Think of it as a mini-retreat for body, mind and heart.
