Yummy Touch Cooking Academy — Course #1: Palestinian Cuisine
Join us for the first course of the Yummy Touch Cooking Academy, a 4-week hands-on cooking experience created exclusively for women.
Our first course will explore Palestinian cuisine, while teaching practical cooking skills, kitchen organization, teamwork, and techniques you can continue using at home.
This is more than just a cooking class. It’s a chance to learn, cook, connect, and enjoy the experience alongside other women in a fun and welcoming environment.
Course Schedule
Starts: Monday, October 5, 2026
Classes: Every Monday for 4 weeks
Dates: October 5, 12, 19 & 26
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Learn
Throughout the four weeks, participants will:
- Learn practical cooking skills and techniques
- Prepare a selection of Palestinian dishes
- Learn how to organize and manage your time in the kitchen
- Practice planning and completing kitchen tasks efficiently
- Work together in teams
- Learn the course menu and practice the dishes taught each week
- Meet other women and enjoy a fun, social cooking experience
Cook, Taste & Enjoy
At the end of each class, we’ll sit down and enjoy the dishes we prepared together.
There will also be tea or coffee, giving everyone time to relax, taste the food, connect, and enjoy the experience.
The Final Week — Competition Time!
The fourth and final class will be a little different.
Participants will work in teams to prepare dishes they learned throughout the previous weeks while adding their own creativity and special touch.
Once the competition is complete, we’ll celebrate the end of the course together.
All participants will receive a gift, and the winning team will receive a special prize!
