Join us in a warm, inviting space to learn about the history of Yule and the Winter Solstice. You'll discover the traditions and celebrations of Yule, as well as how these celebrations have changed over time. You'll then be guided through a healing meditation to reflect on the past year and to begin to think about what you'd like to call in in the new year. We'll conclude with a beautiful ritual that will allow us to dream big and make some wishes for what we visualize for ourselves in the new year.
All are welcome. We ask that you bring a yoga mat and anything else that will bring you comfort (like blankets and/or pillows). You can also bring a journal or paper and something to write with.
