• Sound Meditation: Immerse yourself in healing sounds that align with the energy of Yule, creating space for release and renewal.
• Journal Prompts & Reflection: Reflect on the past year and set intentions for the year to come, using guided prompts to deepen your inner wisdom.
• Divination: Explore the energies of the season with divination practices, offering clarity and insight for your journey ahead.
• Group Vocalization: Deepen community connection through chanting, singing, or simply humming together to weave a unique tapestry of sound. No previous singing experience is required — just an open heart and a willingness to join in the collective vibration of the circle.
